1. Introduction and Agreement
These terms and conditions set out the rights and responsibilities of players and visitors using the mmk05 platform (https://mmk05.bet). By accessing the website, opening an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
mmk05 has written these terms to protect players' interests and to provide fair games. Please re-read this document from time to time — any updates will be announced on this page only, and continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Age Restriction
This platform is intended for adults aged 21 and above (21+) only. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to register an account, make a deposit, or play. Opening an account on behalf of a minor also constitutes a violation of this requirement.
2.2 Jurisdiction
Players may only use this platform if doing so complies with the laws of their place of residence. If online gambling is prohibited where you live, do not use this website. It is the player's own responsibility to check and understand the rules that apply to them.
2.3 One Account Per Person
Each player may only open one account on mmk05. If duplicate accounts are found sharing the same phone number, IP address, or payment method, mmk05 has the right to suspend and close the related accounts and forfeit any bonus funds.
3. Account Registration and Account Management
3.1 Accurate Information
When registering an account, you must enter your real name, correct date of birth, and accurate contact details. Any account opened with false or fake information may be closed without prior notice, and any remaining balance may not be refunded.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) safe. All actions taken through your account are considered to have been carried out by you. If you suspect that someone is accessing your account without permission, contact [email protected] immediately.
3.3 Account Closure
A player may request to close their account at any time. mmk05 also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if a breach of these terms and conditions is found.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposit Methods
Accepted payment methods at mmk05 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. You can deposit through any of these methods, with a minimum deposit amount of 10,000 Ks. After depositing, funds will normally appear in your account within minutes.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals will be processed within 10–45 minutes, though it may take slightly longer due to verification time. Withdrawal requests will only be sent back to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.3 Financial Verification
For withdrawal requests, mmk05 may occasionally verify a player's national registration card or identity card details. This is done for player protection purposes, and failure to comply may result in the withdrawal being put on hold.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
First-time depositing players can receive a 200% welcome bonus, with a maximum bonus amount of 500,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount, which must be completed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Example —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks and get a bonus of 40,000 Ks → total 60,000 Ks → wagering requirement: 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks must be wagered
- Deposit 520,000 Ks and get a bonus of 500,000 Ks → total 1,020,000 Ks → wagering requirement: 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks must be wagered
5.2 Bonus Restrictions
If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount may be forfeited. Bonuses can only be used in games that count toward the wagering requirement, and some games may not contribute to the wagering amount. Players must check the wagering terms before starting to play.
5.3 Promotion Abuse
If mmk05 determines that a player has abused a promotion (for example, using fake identity documents or manipulating games to convert a bonus), the relevant bonus and any winnings from it may be voided.
6. Gameplay Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games offered by mmk05 are protected by fair play standards and SSL encryption. Players are not allowed to use software exploits, bots, or any technical tools that interfere with gameplay.
6.2 Game Decisions
In the event of a dispute over a game result, mmk05's server logs will be treated as the final and definitive evidence. If a game is disrupted during the initial review period, mmk05's decision will be final.
6.3 Prohibited Actions
- Playing through software, bots, or AI on your behalf
- Playing for the purpose of money laundering
- Using different IPs or VPNs to bypass restricted regions
- Using technical methods that negatively affect other players' gameplay
- Harassing or abusing platform staff
7. VIP and Cashback Program
mmk05 VIP levels are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback is available based on weekly activity records and wagering points, with rates as follows —
- Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
Cashback amounts are paid out by mmk05 once a week with no wagering requirement. VIP level upgrades and downgrades follow mmk05's calculation system, and players can move up by increasing their play activity.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, software, games, descriptions and content on the mmk05 platform are the property of mmk05 and are protected by copyright law. Players may not copy, distribute or commercially use any part of the platform.
Game names and provider brand names are materials protected by the copyright of their respective owners.
9. Personal Data Protection

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability
mmk05 will not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for players' losses, outstanding balances or any losses related to the platform arising from —
- Server faults or website interruptions
- Internet connection issues on the player's side
- Issues with third-party payment service providers
- Losses caused by the player's own misunderstanding
Even so, mmk05 will always try to resolve players' problems with reasonable solutions.
12. Amendments to Terms
mmk05 has the right to amend these terms at any time. If significant changes are made, players will be notified via the platform. If a player continues to access and play after the changes, they are considered to have accepted them.
